The New Model of Success

In the world we live in today, it is important to understand that individuals, teams and businesses are being inspired to access their highest potential by unleashing their creativity, being authentic and being empowered as they continue to transform from the inside out and truly thrive.

This is a major paradigm shift in the way people define success; where competition rules over collaboration, where how high you climb the corporate ladder determines acceptance, where innovation & creativity is okay as long as it fits within the guidelines, and where training programs deal only with technical how to’s over Personal Growth.

Steve Mueller said it best, however, in Planet of Success. “The only person that can define success in your life is you. True Success cannot be measured by having a lot of tangibles & earned degrees. Quite the opposite. True success is measured by the amount of people that are able to live a better & more advanced life because of what you recreated. “

Success is Yours

What does Success mean to you? Is it achieving a certain goal in life or in business? Does Success have an ETA in your life or business planner? Or do you see it as John Maxwell defines Success, “as a journey, knowing your purpose in life, growing to reach your maximum potential, and sowing seeds to benefit others?”

John Wooden, one of the greatest coaches of all times, defines Success as “Congruency of the heart, the mind, and the actions.”

James Allen, one of the best world renown authors on Success & Prosperity states, “To maintain an unchangeable sweetness of disposition, to think only thoughts that are pure & gentle, and to be happy under all circumstances… should be the aim of all.”

Success Coaching
arrow What is Success Coaching

Coaching – which is different than mentoring, counseling, or training,
is a process that enables the individual or group to self-discover the answers. It is the individual or group that determines the “how to”, while allowing the coach to hold them accountable.

Success Coaching is transformational coaching. Success Coaching supports the individual or the group to look within and first understand themselves. Once they come to know who they are, they are able to identify what needs to change.Success Coaching enables the individual to make the unconscious conscious; developing greater awareness, increased responsibility and accountability. Through this process, the individual or group develop a greater sense of empowerment and resourcefulness, creating a pathway to reaching their potential that comes from within themselves.

Leadership Coaching

Why do Leaders need a Coach?  Quite frankly, Leaders are many times caught in the self-awareness gap between over compensating their actions or decisions with a inflated ego and being out of touch with how others see them.

These individuals need to talk to someone they can trust, they can be honest with, that will help them grow, and stretch towards their potential, help them identify those inhibiting thoughts and behaviors that may be limiting their success.

Great Leaders add value to those around them. Great leaders are passionate, authentic, honest, trustworthy, and operate in alignment with their values.

Great leaders develop other leaders. But first, they must value themselves for who they really are.

As a Leader and a Coach, I can help you drill down to those areas where you need to go to face your fears, to face your challenges, to face your strengths, and find your passion.

Life Coaching

Life Coaching is profoundly different than counseling, therapy, or advice. Life Coaching involves specific processes for addressing conditions, situations, or transitions in the individual’s life by examining what is going on right now; discovering the challenges that are perceived to exist and developing a course of action to move forward.

Areas that Life Coaching are valuable to assist individuals in moving forward may be:

  • Confidence, Self-Worth & Self-Esteem
  • Satisfying Relationships
  • Career Changes
  • Feeling Overwhelmed
  • Feelings of Fear

Millennial Mentorship Program

Who are the Millennials? Millennials are usually considered individuals who reached adulthood around the 21st century. Specifically, Millennials were born between 1976 – 1990, give or take a few years.

Millennials grew up in an electronics-filled and increasingly online and socially-networked world. They are the generation that has received the most marketing attention. Millennials tend to be tolerant of difference. Having been raised under the mantra “follow your dreams” and being told they were special, they tend to be confident. While largely a positive trait, the Millennial generation’s confidence has been argued to spill over into the realms of entitlement and narcissism. They are often seen as slightly more optimistic about the future of America than other generations, despite the fact that they are expected to be less economically successful than their parents.

It has been reported that Millennial optimism is entering into adulthood with unrealistic expectations, which sometimes leads to disillusionment. Many early Millennials went through post-secondary education only to find themselves employed in unrelated fields or underemployed and job hopping more frequently than previous generations.

There are about 76 million Millennials in the US today, based on research for the years 1978-2000.

The Millennials are the Future, the future leaders of our communities, our nations. Regardless of how wonderful the attributes of technology are, nothing can replace the value of a good discussion about a good book from a challenging author, the sharing of ideas facilitated by a skilled facilitator, and a mentor who truly desires for you to understand your gifts, latch on to your passion, and know your purpose.
For that reason, and because of my passion, I have developed the Millennial Mentorship Program. Content includes challenging authors, relating to Leadership, Finances, Universal Laws, Spirituality. Each Participant receives Mentoring and Coaching throughout the Program. Enrollment is open only three times a year and limited per session.

I AM
Inspired * Awakened * Magical

These are two of the most POWERFUL words in any language, because the words we say after them shapes, controls, and creates our lives.

I AM being a journey, is designed to awaken the very inner soul; To inspire each woman to live her magnificence and find the magic and joy in each day.

I AM

It is the open secret of the universe.
It is known as the lost word.
The Power of I AM reveals the secret name of God in you.
It is the philosopher’s stone of the alchemists.
To him who discovers this word all things are possible.
I AM is the key to every door.
I AM draws all things to Itself by the power of love.

What are people saying about Marvie?

I have been Marvie Tschetter’s and Lankota Group companies’ banker since 2008. I first met Marvie when she was looking to expand a branch of their business to the Sioux Falls market. It didn’t take me long to discover that she was a take-charge/get-it-done woman and in my 8 years of doing business with her and her companies, it only reaffirmed my first impression.

I know that Marvie had a business consulting background but she also has had the “real life” experience of starting their business in a shop on their farm and then expanding it to a “State of the Art” manufacturing plant that markets its products to a network of several hundred dealers throughout the United States and Canada. Has it been totally smooth, of course not, it never is, but Marvie’s leadership and tenacity prevailed and she now has a business in place that will sustain her and her family for generations to come.

Marvie is calculating and decisive but by following her instincts and staying on course, success has followed her. She knows how important it is to build the right team within the workplace but she also knows that you need to surround yourself with a professional team as well that includes CPAs, attorneys, insurance agents, bankers, etc.

My sessions with Marvie were my first introduction to John Maxwell and his philosophies on Personal Growth & Leadership. The ideas offered in Mr. Maxwell’s material, coupled with Ms. Tschetter’s real-life experience in building successful teams & organisations has vastly changed my approach in my personal & professional life. I know now that I waited far too long to start my personal growth journey. I highly recommend “The New Model of Success” to anyone looking find a launching pad to personal & professional growth; to get back on track to pursuing their dreams.

“I have provided legal services to Marvie in her capacity as President of Lankota Group, Inc. and Lankota Group, Inc.’s affiliates since 2008.  At the time I meet Marvie I was new in my legal career. She could have ignored my input, but she didn’t. Instead she gave me a chance. That chance helped build my confidence, which in turn made me a better attorney.

Marvie made a name for herself and garnered respect in the agricultural business. In an industry dominated by men, Marvie is not afraid to take the lead and get things done. Marvie grew a business from a small shop on the farm to a large manufacturing plant that sells its products nationally and internationally. She has the strength, intelligence, and perseverance to continue to move forward, expand, and diversify in an industry that is always changing and never stable.

Marvie knows how to build a team, instead of individual employees. She knows how to put people in positions that highlight their strengths but also transform their weaknesses into successes. I respect Marvie as a savvy businessperson, appreciate her for her wisdom, and admire her for her tenacity.”
